Welcome to Co-App, a coworking space management platform operated by EXTEL. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Co-App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
Co-App provides a comprehensive coworking space management platform that includes: • Room booking and reservation system • Subscription and membership management • Inventory tracking • Analytics and reporting • Multi-site management capabilities We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
User Accounts
To use Co-App, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing and Payment
Our subscription pricing is as follows (per site): • Monthly: 50 TND/month • 6 Months: 280 TND (save 40 TND) • Yearly: 500 TND (save 100 TND) Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users • Use the service to transmit harmful or malicious content
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Co-App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of EXTEL and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: • Your access to the platform will be revoked • Your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period • Any outstanding fees remain payable We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Co-App and EXTEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
